ISLAMABAD: Defence Minister Khawaja Asif has said that International Court of Justice (ICJ) has not accepted India’s stance on its spy Kulbhushan Jadhav case.
Talking to media he said “Kulbhushan Jadhav is an issue of Pakistan’s national security and there will be no compromise on it.”
He said “The RAW agent was involved in terrorism activities in Pakistan. He was convicted after fulfilling all necessary legal procedures and any decision on this matter will be taken keeping in view the national security.”
He maintained that “ICJ has only granted formal stay on the death sentence of Jadhav.” He urged political parties to avoid politics on national security issues.
